Egersund 5
Egersund is home to one of Norway’s most beautiful natural harbours, and this was our inspiration for our Egersund tunnel tents. Capturing the fresh breeze from a sheltered bay is at the heart of our design. Two generous entrances with large sun canopies and a large side window, all with mosquito netting, provide plenty of fresh air, while still keeping you protected.

Cosy retreat
The spacious tunnel tent Egersund 5 is light and friendly with its 2 entrances and large windows, while the canopy at the main door provides shelter – just like being in the safety of a natural harbour.
Sewn-in groundsheet
In combination with the mosquito mesh the sewn-in groundsheet keeps annoying insects and creepy-crawlies out of the tent. The groundsheet also provides excellent protection from draughts, dirt and damp.
Generous living area
This generous tent measures 495 x 370 cm and has a peak height of 200 cm, providing plenty of space not only in the cabins, but also in the cosy living area. Perfect for relaxing on rainy evenings or for unexpected guests.
Sun canopies
The fixed sun canopy at the front is 80 cm deep and projects over the front entrance like a baseball cap. In addition, the side entrance can be quickly converted into a sun canopy using the two upright poles supplied.
Weatherproof
The Egersund 5 stands up well to wind and weather thanks to the firmly sewn-in groundsheet, the 5,000 mm water column of the outer tent, the waterproof sealed seams, and the sturdy fibreglass poles.
Large windows
Clear PVC windows provide plenty of natural light, even when the doors are closed, and are all fitted with blinds that can be adjusted from the inside. A large side window is located directly opposite the side entrance with a blind on the outside.
Sleeping cabins
The sleeping cabin can be divided as required thanks to a roll-up partition wall. The silver coating of the outer tent in the cabin area creates significant darkening in the cabin interior and ensures a peaceful night’s sleep.
Mosquito mesh
Both entrances, the cabin doors and the side window are all fitted with mosquito mesh. This allows good fresh air circulation in the living area and the cabins and ensures a comfortable interior climate – without insects.
Accessories
The tent also has plenty of practical extras such as organiser pockets, a hook for hanging a tent lamp, and vents for constant air circulation even when the doors are closed.
