Just a few product points to note.
• We are a gift delivery service and as such when ordering we normally would ask for a preferred delivery date, however Amazon do not allow this and expect us to send every order out if ordered before 2pm on the same day without exceptions, therefore please expect your delivery to arrive within 1 or 2 working days after ordering. This is important to understand if ordering for a specific birthday or special occasion.
• Our flowers are often delivered in-bud for maximum vase life, therefore blooms can take a few days to open.
• One last VERY IMPORTANT thing. To add a message to your gift please tick the “show gift options” option during checkout. You will then be able to add a personal message. If no message is received we will always send a blank gift card.
FREE NEXT-DAY DELIVERY & NAME-A-ROSE GIFT – We offer FREE next-day courier delivery as STANDARD. PLUS, a FREE gift card that allows your recipient to name a rose and plant it forever in our Virtual Rose Gardens. A wonderful little extra.
PERSONAL MESSAGE – To add a message to one of our “just for you” cards you must select “this item is a gift” during checkout. If no message is included we will send a blank card alongside, however your recipient may not know who sent it, so be extra careful here and ensure you have added a message if appropriate.
