How long does it take to assemble this building?
This building is designed & made of pre-assembled panels, that make assembly super simple. With a team of just 2 people and a bit of DIY knowledge, you can expect to have your BillyOh building up within a day, with many smaller buildings easy to assemble in as little as 3-4 hours.
Will I need planning permission for this building?
If your building is shorter than 2.5m you should not require planning permission, (unless it’s more than 50% of your garden or will be placed in your front garden). Planning permission rules can vary by area so we would strongly recommend checking your local council rules before purchasing a garden building from us.
What is spray treated?
Spray Treated: Our sheds and summerhouses get a beautiful golden brown spray treatment before leaving the factory in order to preserve the quality of the wood up until the delivery. As this only lasts through the transit stage, we do advise treating the wood after installation to protect and preserve it, as well as annual maintenance.
STRONG STRUCTURE: With a Tongue & Groove construction, the boards interlock each other giving a solid construction and superior weather protection to keep the elements out. The appearance of these boards gives a modern look and feel.
ROOF AND FLOOR INCLUDED: The shed comes with an 11mm T&G flooring, ideal for domestic use. A Durellis Solid Sheet roof is also included, to protect your bike store from harsh weather conditions. Green Mineral Roofing Felt is Supplied for added protection.
EXTRA WIDE DOORS: The main key feature of the BillyOh Mini Master Apex is centrally located wide doors. When open the wide access allows adult size bikes and equipment to be positioned easily into the storage unit.
APEX ROOF: The apex roof offers extra height and allows for shelving to be added for extra storage, or a hanging area for helmets and accessories.
